Important information about withdrawal and refund rights.

Legal Right of Withdrawal

As a digital services provider (software/plugin), we are required by European Union law (Directive 2011/83/EU) to inform you of your right of withdrawal. However, this right has important limitations for downloadable digital services.

When can I withdraw?

You have 14 calendar days from purchase to cancel your order BEFORE downloading or using the plugin.

Once you download or activate the plugin, the right of withdrawal ends, as established by European law for digital services. If you withdraw within 14 days without using the service, you will receive a 100% refund of your purchase.

What is eligible for refund?

The right to refund differs depending on the service status:

  • ✓ Request within 14 days WITHOUT downloading or activating the plugin — full refund
  • ✓ Documented technical issues (failure preventing use) — technical support first, refund if unresolved
  • ✗ After downloading/activating the plugin — no refund right (EU law for digital services)
  • ✗ Due to change of mind after use — withdrawal does not apply

How to request withdrawal?

To exercise your right of withdrawal BEFORE using the service:

  1. 1Access your dashboard within the first 14 days
  2. 2Go to 'My Purchases' or 'Billing'
  3. 3Click 'Cancel Subscription' or 'Request Withdrawal'
  4. 4Confirm that you have NOT downloaded the plugin

Refund Processing

If your request is valid:

  • We will verify that you have not downloaded the service
  • We will process the refund within 3-5 business days
  • The money returns to your original payment method

Exceptions and Clarifications

Important for EU customers:

  • Per Directive 2011/83/EU: the right of withdrawal does NOT apply once the digital service has been downloaded or activated
  • Right to technical protection: if you cannot use the plugin due to our technical failure, contact support for resolution
  • Auto-renewing subscriptions: you can cancel anytime BEFORE the next renewal
  • Customers outside the EU: local laws may apply — contact our support
